OK, I grant that point but comment that it is a rare situation and there are similarly rare situations that argue the opposite way. For example player A is making what B thinks is an illegal play. A waits 10 seconds before deciding not to condone it. Then B says, no I played legally. Isn't NLM more likely to lead to an argument there than if the illegal play was pointed out right away?
