Last week before the tournament I had to make a run to the ATM because I seldom carry cash any more. I did it before leaving Columbus and no surprise, my run was late at night, basically near bar closing hours. I went to my branch ATM because it's the closest but it's also downtown Columbus. There was a guy in front of me using the machine clearly drunk and hollering at the cab to wait on him, he was getting the money. As soon as he got his money he darted off into the cab and was gone by the time I walked up to the machine.

Upon arriving at the ATM I see on the screen "would you like to make another transaction?" He had left his account by not terminating the process and so little time had went by I could still access it. I just closed it out.
