That's a good point, though some streamees would benefit and others wouldn't.

I wonder how many viewers are USBGF members. If there are a substantial number who aren't, then limiting viewership to USBGF members might increase membership and help fund streaming costs, including stipends.

Matches don't stream themselves, never mind transcribe themselves!
