True or false? Future BG bots will significantly outplay XG 2

By "future BG bot" I mean a bot developed, or refined, as far in the future as you want to imagine -- 10, 20, 50 years from now, or longer if you wish. By "significantly outplay" I mean (to state an arbitrary standard) this hypothetical future bot will beat the current version of Extreme Gammon 51% of the time or more, on average, in matches 15 points or longer.
