You're right, I didn't pay enough attention to the last paragraph of the format where it said there would be a last chance.

Your idea for the Super 16 first-round losers getting a bye into the LC fits perfectly and paying out 12 of 128 (8 in Super 16 and 4 in LC) seems very reasonable.

Seven rounds of 5 point matches in the LC starting at 10 am with prize ceremony at 6:30 pm is certainly a full day of play but it does seem doable.
