XG 1 ply, known commonly as 'Expert' level from the drop down menu, plays much better than the innocent 'under a 2' statement as suggested. (not simply the checkers either) While what you say is true, it plays nowhere a 2 on average which is how I believe most people would interpret that statement. My estimate is between 1.4 and 1.5.

In other words, no thank you to your offer. You weren't even willing to let me play against XG? On top of that the final analysis was to be done by XG! As UBK pointed out, no bias there ;)

Being able to outplay a bot as could be done with Snowie tossing it into ridiculous backgames and taking advantage of its use of the cube doesn't work nearly as well with XG. On top of that it needs to be unlimited/money games so don't be scared to stick your neck out in a match. I can't magically steer it into a position it doesn't understand then get the beavers rolling. I doubt you've ever tried to do it because you make it sound like something that would be easy to do even against 3 ply.
