That's true. That's ALSO what the current rule does for premature rolling. The roll might be 55 in a race, but the re-roll might be 66. But no one is suggesting that the current rule be changed to a time penalty.

Maybe I'm suggesting it now...

The offender is always punished, in before-roll equity, assuming the offended player chooses wisely.

I've never really liked the way the penalty is given. You goofed, now spin this wheel for your penalty, which might be a new car and an all expense paid trip to Bermuda.
