I am speaking only for myself. Others should do as they feel they should do.

If I was playing for stakes online and I thought someone was cheating, I would pay anyway. Then I wouldn't play them again. I would not play for stakes high enough that I wouldn't be willing to pay even if I thought I was being cheated.

When two or more people play for stakes online, it is understood that they will not cheat and it is understood that they will pay. A principled person won't fail at either.
