I personally don't think it is too much to ask NOT to post excessively high PRs publicly.

They are no more indicative of skill than the random 0.8 PR that we all have played.

Then it follows that matches with low PRs should also not be published. What is an acceptable range of PRs then that should "qualify" a match for public posting?

I personally prefer PRs not be stated in the message containing links to the match files. But this is just based on my way of utilizing the posted matches. I view the videos and review XG analysis after every game. I try not to look at players PRs at all as it might give me bias towards looking for many errors while I'm watching the video if PR is high or agreeing with most plays if PR is low. So the educational value (for me) goes down.
