In Response To: What Would the Ruling Be? (Jake Jacobs)

If we're all of a sudden talking about a player who has a reputation for messing with the dice, then we are well past the point of "we have no way of determining who is telling the truth and thus have to fall back on a default rule."

I still don't see how a default rule helps us resolve a dispute between a roller who says he didn't touch the dice and an opponent who says he did. Can you help me understand this?
