No, not that particular point. But I was agreeing with some of the others that in the real world there is a problem with those who might try to cheat by touching the dice (and so penalties probably ought to tilt that way). Whereas crafting a rule to prevent someone from cheating by accusing their opponent of cheating was the backgammon equivalent of "Voter ID."
