I would take because as White I will have a tasty recube at the score, with the potential to win 4 or 8 points. White's position does not have structural weaknesses and an anchor, maybe two in the near future. So you will win quite often from here and the recube potential is meaningful. Gammons make this untakable for money, but on a recube most of the value of the Blue gammons will be gone. Also, you don't want your opponent to get to 4-away.

at 5-2, it goes double, drop, at 7-2, no double take.
