Growing up in the 80s playing backgammon solely with my parents and being a BIG fan of the Thundercats I used this terminology way before either of you and I have witnesses. When Lion-O would summon the other Thundercats he would say:

Thunder, Thunder, Thundercats ho!

I'd say the same while playing backgammon and gammoning my mom and dad substituting "Gammon, gammon, gammon go!' So it wasn't in the same context but I was soooo the first person to use it.
