There is no contradiction.

The first "I can't" refers to an estimate of the ratio of 5pt vs 3pt in general whereas the "meaningless number" is the proportion of 5pt vs 3pt from my own play. Look back at your own questions to which I was responding.

The reason there is no point in reporting this meaningless number is that it is specific to me and not to anyone else. To apply the algorithm, you have to use X from your own games and not mine.
