Suppose A plays "normal", bot-style backgammon. B likes to double early and take deep and especially likes to redouble early. C wouldn't take a cube if his life depended on it. D likes to play back games but plays them very badly.

Let's say, for the sake of argument, that all of the above players play at an equal ER and Elo when they play each other (say 8.0).

When each of these players plays against E, a top-level world class player, how would you make the odds?
