I presume you're referring to the Masters where Tiger made an illegal drop and signed for a wrong card but only got penalized for one of those mistakes.

Letting Tiger continue in the Masters will go down as the worst ruling ever. What a bunch of clowns those referees who insist on giving Tiger these breaks that noone else on the Tour is getting.

This is the first time in history that a player is not DQ'ed for signing a wrong card. No surprise that that break goes to Tiger.
