Midboard: an alternate term for "opponent's outer board"

I like Tom Keith's abbreviation but people might get confused remembering if, for example, Q1 is the player's homeboard or the opponent's homeboard, so why not something similar...

Q01-06 - player's home board
Q07-12 - player's outer board
Q13-18 - opponent's outer board
Q19-24 - opponent's home board

...where the numbers of the points indicate the exact quadrant?

No confusion about the area we're talking about, though Nack, I know you are not going to like typing that hypen each time :-)

QPH
QPO
QOO
QOH

Or finally, if you like using symbols maybe this:
