jeb i know you are a much better player than i am & i can play with no delay

if you wanna argue for a 1- 3 sec delay -then maybe 12 seconds is liking the clock the queen of england ( just a figure head) I suggest you see Neal s comment

i have over 30 years of clock experience e& observation guiding my thoughts- to be brutally honest I know more about using a clock in a visual board game than anyone who has commented thus far further combine a real clock time with tough move rules & things will be real smooth ( after every one adjusts) i mean the an opponent can move his checkers endlessly & forec his opponent to sort through this ordeal id absurd! In the recent world candidate chess championship player flagged 4x. trust me he knew the score - he lost thats all! & if he touched a piece he knew he had to move it

when backgammon adopts serious rules it will be taken more seriously & get more popular
