Dropper solution?

1) 4% of the normal elo change

The normal elo change for A is either +2.42 (if he wins the match) or -8.17 (if he loses). How does the 4% apply?

2) 0

B has raised his chances of winning the match from 23% to 50%. Doesn't he get any credit for that?
