Neil made a proposal which in the scheme of things, isn't that significant. It covers an important, but infrequent situation. It sounds like it has some support. I know you don't support it and that's fine. Would you be willing to circulate it to the other ABT directors to see if it has enough support to be incorporated in the default ABT rules? Whether it passed or not, a director could choose whether or not to use it. The advantage to you of circulating a proposal you don't support would be to show that the process is open.

Can any ABT director circulate a proposed rule change for consideration?
