Remedial Race Analysis

How do you calculate winning chances in this race?

I know to adjust for extra checkers on the ace and deuce points. But I am confused about how to adjust for extra checkers outside the home board. In some positions they seem not to matter (are properly reflected by the raw pip count). But in some positions, checkers outside the home board seem to need extra consideration.

The position occurred at a lopsided score. I correctly understood my takepoint, but did not correctly understand the position. So what are the raw winning chances in this race, and how did you get there?
