The Metric Formula E-Pip add-on estimate a total of 6.4% for the stragglers. In this approach, you'll need to total the number of straggler pips to the 6pt and multiply by 21%. Then you'll need to add 0.5 for each crossover. In this case, the three stragglers will cost you 21x21%, 4.4 and 4x0.5 or 6.4%.

If your accustomed to using the Kleinman Count with the 7 pip deduction you'll arrive at a ratio of 1.4 or 79%. The Metric Formula's estimate is 77%. In either case I'll be content with 83.4 or 85.4%.
