White has 66 pips + 8 pips of wastage for a total of 74. 8 is just my guesstimate.

Blue I would calculate like a stack and stragler: 15*3,5 + pipcount of the straglers (39)= 91,5. As some of the straglers rate to land on the 4,5,6 points, this position involves a little less wastage than a normal stack and stragler, so I will subtract a little bit. I guess that subtracting 3 pips is OK. This brings blue's total to 88ish.

This is not close to a take, in my opinion.
