If you have a stack and two stragglers, then you subtract four from the pipcount of the stragglers. Here you have three stragglers, so we need to subtract more than 4 and definitely more than 3. It takes blue about 3 rolls to get to almost 8-roll position, so I'd guesstimate blue EPC as 81-82. I agree with giving white 8 wastage for EPC of 74.

Now Matussek's formula gives white about 83-86% winning chances. Since blue EPC is probably just a tad more than 81, I'd settle on 84% as my best guess.
