Ideally, tournament organizers will choose players of roughly equal skill. Also, note there is nothing said how much entry fee will be. If it is small, say 100 dollars or less, entering in such tournament as an underdog may give away less equity than entering in Masters for a typical fee of 500. Finally, nobody is forcing anyone to play in specialty tournaments. If you wish to be graded, but such a tournament is a NO for you, then you can get graded from individual application.

This project is in embryo stage, and many things will evolve.
