Tuvi is right--side pool for PR is the answer

Not only does Tuvi have no chance to win the PR money, hardly anyone but the top 4 or 5 players in the world have a chance...okay, maybe 6 or 7. Almost no one has a chance at that money, so you are asking most of us to enter something where, in effect, the rake is 30 percent.

The answer is to have a PR side pool for those players who feel they have a chance to win in that competition. Even there it might have to be handicapped somewhat to get more entrants. How to handicap it fairly is, of course, not an easy one.
