Bad Sportsmanship To Complicate Game When Opponent Short On Time?

I recall quite a few years ago, when clocks were relatively new to the BG tournament scene, that a well-known player stated his opinion on this site that it would be bad sportsmanship to intentionally complicate a game when his opponent was short on time. As I recall, many agreed with this opinion. Some were outraged that anyone would consider such a thing.

I want to revisit this question and state that I do not believe there is anything wrong with what Mochy did, attempting to complicate a game when his opponent had little time left.
