In Response To: clock rules (Barry Silliman)

Bill Davis took it upon himself to call these "U.S clock rules" but has no authority to actually make official rules for the U.S.. Is there a notice in the brochures for SA and for Herndon that these are used?

I have a strong opinion that the director should proactively address these issues.
