In Response To: clock rules (Bob Koca)

I've never considered that playing with the clock that one shouldn't use a second hand to punch the clock and don't see a problem with it (especially when the opponent has chosen the position of the clock - or direction of play). I don't like two hands moving the checkers and believe this is how the rules are intended. Any official clarification?
