The PRs hardly matter if his nearly sole purpose was to make his opponent time out.

I'd like to hear from Mochy, but I don't think that is his primary goal. I think he's FIRST complicating the game, under the presumption that any equity he's throwing away, he can recoup from further errors his opponent makes. The potential for a timeout is an ancillary benefit.
