Fines for Poor Sportsmanship

My hope would be that the mere possibility of a fine would deter most players so inclined from taking questionable actions. I'm pretty sure in both there cases - and in most similar cases - the players didn't know they were breaking the rules but knew they were taking advantage of irregularities. The line may be somewhat gray but there are cases like these that clearly cross the line.

Maybe bringing back sportsmanship awards would also help.
