Is XG violating GNUBG GPL?

This is the issue at hand.

Since the "allegations" (provided evidence) haven't been countered, XG is in either license violation and/or in copyright violation!

Just hang in there while this issue matures... In the end, at worst you may have to pay another $50 (equal or less value) for XG's source code as for XG's compiled code.

After that, you can modify/improve/etc. on XG's GPL source code to create your of "YG" bot for $500 if you wish, but of course, having to make your source code public as per GNU GPL... ;)
