Is XG violating GNUBG GPL?

If the software you sell (i.e. MS Office) is based on or incorporates any part of a GNU GPL software (i.e. Open Office), then your software becomes GNU GPL and you need to offer the source code of your software at a same or lower price as the compiled code, to anyone regardless whether they have paid for the compiled version of your software or not.

I have a feeling that is this issue is pursued to the end, Xavieer/XG will soon be blasted into orbit around Pluto...
