Just noticed that I had inverted 44a and 44b, now corrected.
Also, I've updated 11a so that 43S-11N and 54S-11N are no longer played.
Third, I've accounted for 61P-66 being blocked.
This hierarchic rule set works in reply to the 27 standard openers listed here.

After a number, "p" stands for "point." For example, "20p5p" means making the 20-point and the 5-point.
POH (Point-On-Head) or * is a must-hit. Any other hit is incidental (a bonus).

Doublets

11..(a) 22 5p vs 1- 2- or 4-split,..or 4p vs 3-split
......(b) 7p5p

22..(a) 4p: + 20* else 11p

33..(a) POH: 7p or 5p3p
......(b) 21p10p

44..(a) 16*: + POH else 9p
......(b) 5p* or 20p4p*
......(c) 20p9p, if blocked then 5p

55..(a) 3p, + 1p* if poss.

66..(a) 18p7p, if blocked then 7p2p
