I need to read through it still and I am sure I will disagree with some choices. But often just having a rule is more important than exactly what it is (e.g. drive on left or right). Thus, instead of suggesting what my personal preferences are I will instead ask about what I think may be ambiguities or for how some situations might be ruled.

Thanks for the effort Phil and Jeb and Chuck and others. Standardization of rules should be good for the game. I am curious to see what happens next.
