What you describe - video to bot to accomplice giving advice - is clearly a possibility, but if a player wanted to cheat then it would be much less hassle to simply have the headphones play an audio of doubling windows and gammon prices instead of Beethoven or Eminem. What is the chance that a player or staff will ask to listen to the recording?

I agree with Svilo and others that we should act in a way that does not create doubt. But if both players agree, then clearly, headphones should be allowed.
