"Dead" cube illegal?

Whether it is likely to happen or not, the reality is it can happen. The technicality exists. I have had it happen in online play and I got the site to change. In online play the match was getting reset so one couldn't restore the match once over. If I had the option of doing my opps mistake online I would have. I may have read it wrong but someone suggested they may have seen this happen once in 25 years.

Why allow a loophole or techincality like this that exists to go unchanged when a simple wording change to the dead cube rule would resolve it.

Under the new Simbor/Horton/Bower rules, I believe that someone may have realized that possibility because they specifically disallow a match ending on a drop.
