If you pre-register for Jackpots, etc you get the feedback from the director faster and before you travel. And it would give you a stronger case for last minute decisions.

The players that are borderline Intermediate/open that sign up for intermediate as well as the open players that play Limited Jackpots should pre-register as well. Just so they don't get caught in last minute scratches from entering the event of their preference.
