As far as the psychology goes, I agree with Stick. It's true that the random fish won't do some calculation based on a fish MET. That doesn't mean the random fish won't take. The random fish has no clue what the winning chances here or what the MET is but can still tell that (a) dropping is nearly hopeless and (b) taking is nearly hopeless but at least creates the opportunity of a sudden turnaround win. Because of the psychological aspect, I see very little reason to cube this against a random fish.

Against a strong opponent, though, cubing seems right.
