Non-doublet Replies: Four rules for beginners

Please check in case I missed something.
In replying to the 27-opener set I recommended, I think the (hierarchic) four rules below make at most an error of .068:
...1) Hit >4pt
...2) Point or 65R (if legal, else 65D)
...3) Hit on 4pt/3pt
...4) S (if legal, else D)Corollary for #1 and #3: If there is a leftover (non-cover), move backmost checker.
The threshold would be only .063 ("63") except:
32Z-64 [H P68], 51$-64 [R U67], and 52S-63 [R X66].Arbiter: XG opening book rollouts, else ++ evals (no mixing)
