In Response To: Imaginary Scenario (Rory)

Call the person who picked up the dice "player A" and his/her opponent "player B". IMO the question that needs to be asked is "has player B been harmed, or potentially harmed in this hypothetical scenario?"

Once that is answered, the solution can be determined.
