Wondering if it will help to have some academicians (Chuck, Art, Koca, etc.) who happen to be top players weigh in on how BG helps in the development of analytical skills.

Yes, the bill deals with gambling, but passage will have a spillover effect by increasing the popularity of the game, which will increase non-gambling participation, which will increase young people playing and improving their analytical abilities.
