I’m with Mike Clapsadle on this one: Phil, I don't read the below statement as a player cannot accept a resignation for less than he could possibly win, but that a player has to accept the resignation if he couldn't possibly win more than the resignation being offered. “The Director will require the opponent to accept the offer when no outcome more favorable for him can occur;” Mike
