I hate it when my opponent takes a shot by under-resigning.

It makes me feel like he is intentionally trying to cheat me.

It makes me wonder if he would also cheat in other ways.

Neilkaz is 99+% sure that this player was taking a shot. Is it enough to be 99+% sure that a player is cheating if you want to disqualify him?

After all 99+% is pretty sure.
