The 0-ply plays give a higher equity precisely because they were evaluated only at 0-ply. If they had been evaluated at higher plies their equity would have been much less.

It's useful to say here that the rating algorithm used by www.bgtrain.com uses a heuristic to take into account the aforementioned discrepancy between moves that were evaluated at different plies.
