While I tend to agree that your PR reflects your understanding of the game, I believe it is possible for the PR to fluctuate more than you seem to believe.

It seems to me that a big factor is the number of difficult plays. This is something which can and does vary from match to match. Obviously, for a top player there will be less difficult plays than for a lesser player.

For me the pip count is the biggest diff between online and live play.
