What would they do about this in the USA?

Here is some of the fun from Turkey last month. At 26:23, one of the players in the finals appears to concede a game a tad too early.

What would they do about this in the USA?

Clearly, just chop off his hand. Call for a director. Get a ruling that it’s an illegal move. Chop off his other hand.

Did I mention lose a friend, or is that kind of talk verboten?

In Istanbul, they just set the checkers up the way they were, and make you finish the game. What a concept!

By the way, this match was officiated. The spectator who tries to put the checkers back in the wrong place is the official!
