Of course being tired hurts your game. But what is the goal here? To figure out how you can play in the first round after a good night's sleep? Or to figure out if you have what it takes to go all the way? Stamina, pacing, discipline, conditioning, mental toughness - it is all part of being a competitor.

I can tell you that if I choose to selectively ignore any match in which I can find some excuse, I will average 1.5.
