Forget "touch/move" and use "move/move" (+1)

I like Phil's move/move. 2nd best is touch move. 3rd best is positioning moved checkers above others and moving them back before moving anything else. Worst is leaving things as they are. Normally I'm a proponent of "If it's not broke, don't fix it.", but the video shows that the existing rule is broke and needs to be fixed.

Six years ago I played a guy in the Advanced division who shuffled checkers repeatedly, took protracted lengths of time before moving them back, and kept asking me, "Is this where they were?" It drained all of my energy to keep up with his New York City shell game tactics. To this day I regard him as a cheat.
