Quicker-Quickie incident rebuttal

In Response To: I have decided I don't like playing legal moves and here's why… (Rod)

I, also, was watching the Quicker-Quickie match that Rod cites. I was next in line to play after Rod. I wasn't watching the match as closely as Rod, but the lady mentioned rolls dice, moves checkers, and picks up her dice very quickly. I've played her several times ... once chiding her for quick rolling over and over again. She needs to do a better job of complying with the "Unambiguous Handling of Equipment" rule (5.4). I don't fault her opponent for missing /not commenting on the alleged 3-3 misplay.

On the other hand, Rod, as an observer spoke up after the alleged 3-3 misplay. That's in violation of rule 1.3.1 which stipulates that spectators must remain quiet. His comment irked the lady and she lambasted him for doing so.

The Legal Moves rules definitely has lots of pros and cons.
